Disclosures & risks

Education. Entertainment. Collectibles. Community recognition.

Updated October 12, 2026 · Version 1.1

1. Purpose, prices and value

A purchase price, rarity label, badge level or displayed token balance is not a guarantee of monetary value. An item may have no resale market and may become worthless. RIPPE does not promise a minimum price, liquidity, buyback, appreciation or return of your purchase price.

These items do not, merely by being held, give you shares in RIPPE, an ownership interest in its business, a right to its profits or a claim on its assets. References to “earn,” “rewards” and “tokens” describe participation features; they do not promise wages, passive income or investment returns. Any separately agreed paid work remains subject to its own terms and applicable law.

This notice describes the intended use of the project. Labels and disclaimers do not determine an asset’s legal classification or override applicable law.

2. Tokens, collectibles and planned benefits

INFO tokens are intended to help record participation and recognize contributions. They are not a bank balance, deposit or promise of cash redemption. No fixed cash conversion or monetary value is promised.

Merchandise, access, events, games, marketplaces, additional chains and other future features shown as planned or coming soon are proposals, not guaranteed benefits. A specific reward or redemption is available only when expressly offered with its eligibility, availability, costs and rules. This notice does not cancel an existing express commitment or a right protected by law.

Illustrations of fruit reveals and collections are demonstrations. They do not state the odds, contents or value of a future purchase. Randomized offerings require their own published rules and eligibility conditions before launch. Rarity does not establish financial value. Disabled purchase or mint buttons are not active offers.

Some badges and certificates are nontransferable. Other collections may allow transfers under their actual contract and published terms. Check the individual collection; do not assume that every RIPPE item can be sold.

3. Wallets, transactions and costs

Review the network, contract address, permissions, amount and gas fee in your wallet before approving anything. Connecting a wallet is different from signing a message or approving a transaction. Protect your recovery phrase and private keys; never enter them into RIPPE forms.

Blockchain transactions can be irreversible. Wrong addresses, malicious approvals, compromised keys, software errors and network failures can cause loss. A failed transaction may still consume gas. Even a zero-price certificate can require a network fee. Cryptoasset prices and network fees can change.

Disconnecting a website does not automatically revoke existing token allowances or undo transactions. Review and revoke unwanted approvals through trusted wallet tools. RIPPE cannot recover a lost private key or simply reverse a completed blockchain transaction. Any statutory remedies remain unaffected.

Wallets, networks, marketplaces and other third-party services have their own terms and risks. You are responsible for reviewing transactions you authorize and for taxes and legal obligations that apply to your activity.

4. Certificates, artwork and storage

A RIPPE certificate records completion under the applicable activity’s rules. Unless specifically stated otherwise, it is not an accredited qualification, professional license, employment credential or independent verification of identity or expertise. A badge is community recognition, not a guarantee that everything its holder says is correct.

Blockchain records can establish that data was recorded; they do not establish that the underlying statement is true. Public wallet addresses, transaction details and any data placed on-chain may remain publicly accessible and difficult or impossible to remove. Do not submit private information for public recording.

Images, videos and metadata may be stored separately from the token, including on web servers or IPFS. A token may continue to exist while its media is unavailable. IPFS identifies content, but continued availability depends on someone retaining and serving it. Permanent media availability is not guaranteed.

Some collectibles may be designed with changeable artwork or metadata. Immutable records and certificates should be distinguished from those updatable collections in their published specifications. Do not assume all metadata is immutable.

Owning a token does not automatically transfer copyright, trademark rights or unrestricted commercial rights to its artwork. Any artwork license must be stated separately for the collection. This notice does not expand or remove rights already expressly granted.

5. Information and responsible participation

RIPPE includes educational material, games, community opinions and experimental tools. Content may be incomplete, outdated or mistaken. Firsthand experience can be useful, but it does not replace evidence, independent verification or qualified professional advice. Check sources and context before acting.

Content is general information, not personalized financial, investment, legal, tax, medical or other professional advice. You are responsible for how you choose to use it. Seek an appropriately qualified professional when a decision calls for one.

Respect others’ privacy and intellectual property. Do not publish confidential information, impersonate people or misrepresent a badge or certificate as a professional accreditation. A wallet connection is not proof of a person’s real-world identity.

6. Availability, responsibility and your legal rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, RIPPE’s informational content, experimental interfaces and digital experiences are provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted, error-free availability. This qualification does not negate an express promise or a legally required warranty.

To the extent permitted by law, RIPPE disclaims liability for indirect or consequential losses arising from reliance on general information or use of these experiences. Nothing here excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or any nonwaivable consumer rights. This notice does not make RIPPE immune from responsibility for its own conduct.

This disclosure is not a substitute for collection-specific sale terms, an artwork license or a privacy policy. Those documents and applicable law govern their respective subjects. Changes to this notice will be dated; they do not retroactively remove an existing right.
